Conditions of Use:
Disposable dust masks are available in a variety of ways and must be selected for different operational needs and working conditions.
The first choice should be based on dust concentration and toxicity.According to GB/T18664 "Respiratory Protective Equipment Selection, Use and Maintenance", as a half mask, all dust masks are suitable for the environment where the concentration of harmful substances does not exceed 10 times the occupational exposure limit. Otherwise, a full mask or respirator with higher protection level should be used.
If the particulate matter is highly toxic, carcinogenic and radioactive, the filter material with the highest filtration efficiency should be selected.
If the particulate matter is oily, it is important to select the appropriate filter material.
If the particles are needle-like fibers, such as slag wool, asbestos, glass fiber, etc., the respirator can't be washed, and the respirator stuck with tiny fibers is easy to cause facial irritation in the sealing part of the face, so it is not suitable for use.
For the high temperature and high humidity environment, it is more comfortable to choose a mask with a breath valve. The mask that can remove ozone can be used for welding to provide additional protection. However, if the ozone concentration is higher than 10 times the occupational health standard, the mask can be replaced with a filter element combining dust and poison.For the environment that does not have particulate matter but only has some peculiar smell, the dust mask with activated carbon layer is much more portable than the gas mask. For example, in some laboratory environment, but the technical performance specification of this kind of mask is not carried out due to the national standard.
Usage:
1. Wash hands before wearing a mask.
2. Use both hands to hold the ear string with the dark side out (blue) and the light side in (suede white).
3. Put the wire side of the mask (a small piece of hard wire) on your nose, hold the wire tightly according to your nose shape, and then pull down the mask completely to cover your mouth and nose.
4. One disposable mask should be replaced within 8 hours and should not be reused.
Notes:
1. Disposable masks should be used within the validity period.
2. Only use once and destroy after use.
3. Do not use if the package is damaged.
Storage conditions:
Disposable masks shall be stored in a room with no relative humidity exceeding 80%, non-corrosive gas and good ventilation to avoid high temperature;
